What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us we store the details you provide: name, company, email, phone, cargo and product descriptions. Our website does not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
To prepare quotes, arrange shipments and communicate about your orders. We share details with carriers, suppliers and customs agents only where needed to fulfil your request.
Retention
Quote requests are kept for as long as we have a business relationship with you, or for the period required by Maldivian tax and customs law for completed shipments.
Your rights
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@nevoxtrading.com. We will respond within 14 days.
Cookies
The public site sets no cookies. The team login area sets one session cookie that is required for it to work.
